Copy of an agricultural homestead from Nová Lhota, the original was built by Martin Maléř in 1868. The main building material of the walls is clay. The front residential part was built using the technology of the rammed earth, where the clay mass was manually compacted in a wooden framework. The rear barn wing of the building was built of adobe bricks.
